Hi semua, kalini kami kongsi cara masak pulut durian. Selain dari Pulut durian, pulut juga yang selalunya dimakan bersama mangga atau pun ikan kering.
Bahan – bahan :
2 cawan beras pulut
1 mangkuk santan
sedikit garam
daun pandan
Cara-cara :
- Rendam beras pulut selama lebih kurang 3-4 jam sekurang – kurangnya. Kemudian tapis.
- Sediakan periuk pengukus, dan alas bahagian bawahnya dengan daun pandan atau daun pisang.
3.Masukan beras pulut yang ditapis ke dalam pengukus dan kukus selama 15minit. - Sediakan satu mangkuk kecil santan, tambahkan sedikit garam.
- Keluarkan pulut yang dikukus dan campurkan dengan santan bergaram tadi. Kacau rata dan kukus semula 25 minit atau sehingga masak.
- Apababila pulut siap dimasak, hidangkan bersama beberapa ulas durian. Lebih sedap jika ditambahkan lagi dengan santan bergaram (dimasak sebentar) bersama. Selamat mencuba!
