ingredients / Bahan – Bahan
2 egg biji telur Gred A di asingkan kuning dan putih nya.
1 tbs full milk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp sugar
5 tsp all purpose flour

How to make souffle pancake recipe :

Put all ingredients except egg whites and sugar into a bowl. Stir until well combined.

In another container, put egg white and sugar. Beat until the dough becomes meringue.

Then take 1/3 of the meringue mixture and mix into the egg yolk mixture. stir well, then mix everything into a meringue batter. Stir all the dough together until well combined.

Put the pancake batter into the piping bag for easy cooking later.

Heat a pan, and heat with a little cooking oil. Make sure the heat is at the lowest level.

Pipe the dough forming a circle and then cover with a lid. 2 minutes then open the lid and put 1 teaspoon of water in the pan. Close it again.

If the bottom of the pancake is starting to cook, flip it over. Add another 1 tablespoon of water, and then cover again.

Check on the side of the pancake, if there is no mixer attached to the hand to indicate that the pancake is cooked.

Serve while it’s hot to enjoy the softness and aroma of vanilla pancakes. Delicious with honey and some butter. Good luck.

Cara – cara
Masukkan semua bahan kecuali putih telur dan gula ke dalam mangkuk. Kacau sehingga semua sebati.

Di dalam bekas lain, masukan putih telur dan gula. Pukul sehingga adunan menjadi meringue.

Kemudian ambil 1/3 daripada adunan meringue dan campurkan ke dalam adunan kuning telur. kacau rata, kemudian campurkan kesemua ke dalam adunan meringue. Kacau semua adunan yang disatukan sehingga sebati.

Masukan adunan pancake ke dalam piping beg untuk memudahkan memasak pancake nanti.

Panaskan kuali, dan sapukan dengan sedikit minyak masak. Pastikan kepanasan api pada tahap yang paling rendah.

Pipe kan adunan membentuk bulatan dan kemudian tutup dengan penutupnya. 2 minit kemudian buka penutup dan masukkan 1 sudu kecil air di dalam kuali . Tutup semula.

Jika bahagian bawah pancake sudah mula agak masak, terbalikan pancake tersebut. Tambah lagi 1 sudu kecil air, dan kemudian tutup semula.

Periksa di bahagian tepi pancake, jika tiada bancuhan yang melekat di tangan menandakan pancake sudah masak.

Hidangkan semasa masih panas untuk menikmati kelembutan dan aroma vanilla pancake . Sedap dimakan bersama madu dan juga sedikit butter. Selamat Mencuba.
