Bahan – Bahan :
2 biji pisang awak
1/2 cawan air
1/2 cawan minyak masak
1/2 cawan gula halus
sedikit garam
1 sudu kecil esen pisang
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
1 sudu kecil baking powder

Cara-cara:

  1. Lenyek pisang awak di dalam sebuah mangkuk.
  2. Masukan gula, air, garam, esen pisang dan minyak. Gaul rata adunan pisang tersebut.
  3. Kemudian masukan tepung gandum, soda dan baking powder ke dalam adunan pisang itu. (diayak).
  4. Setelah semua bahan sebati, masukan ia ke dalam acuan.
  5. Pastikan api pengukus kuat dan sudah panas, kemudian kukus selama 15minit.
