Bahan bebola keria :
500gram (3 biji saiz sederhana) ubi keledek manis
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 sudu kecil garam
Cara – cara :
- Rebus ubi sehingga empuk.
- Kemudian lenyek ubi sehingga ia halus.
- Masukan tepung gandum dan garam, uli rata membentuk doh.
- Sapukan sedikit tangan dengan minyak masak, bentukan doh menjadi bentuk bulat kecil.
- Goreng sehingga ia kekuningan atau sedikit garing.
Bahan Gula Melaka
250gram gula melaka atau gula merah
1 sudu besar gula putih (boleh tambah jika suka manis)
1/4 cawan air
Cara- cara :
- Masak semua bahan sehingga ia berbuih dan likat.
- Masukan bebola keria yang sudah siap digoreng tadi.
- Kacau dan pastikan bebola keseluruhan disalut dengan gula melaka. Angkat dan boleh dihidangkan.
