Bahan – bahan apam karamel

  • Bahagian gula hangus
  • 1 cawan gula
  • 1 cawan air panas.
  • Bahagian badan apam
  • 2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
  • 1 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 3/4 cawan santan
  • 1 cawan air gula hangus

Cara – cara

Bahagian gula hangus
1) Masak gula di dalam kuali , sehingga gula bertukar keperangan.
2) Kemudian berhati-hati masukan air panas pula, kacau air gula ini sehingga semua gila larut dan tutup api. sejukan.

Bahan badan apam
1) Sediakan mangkuk. Masukan semua bahan untuk bahagian badan apam.

  1. Whisk sehingga semua bahan sebati.
  2. Sediakan acuan, dan isikan dengan adunan apam tadi.
  3. Pastikan pengukus sudah betul panas dengan api kuat , kukus selama 20minit.
    Hasilnya apam caramel yang mekar dan sungguh lembut. Sedia untuk dinikmati.
